| | Wire mesh partitions are walls, effectively. We can help you configure them whichever way you like, building off existing structures, or creating an entirely self-enclosed "room". See some of the basic options below | | | | The Sliding Door allows you to have a door opening in very constricted areas. The larger formats provide you with a wide opening suitable for access by heavy equipment. | | The Swing Door comes equipped with a padlock hasp and hinges. It can be installed in 4 different orientations, allowing it to open outwards or inwards from left or right. | | The Service Wicket acts as a service counter, restricts access to the partition (does not open). | | The Dutch Door is designed to prevent free access to the partition while still allowing the top portion to open and act as a service counter. It can also be installed in 2 different orientations. | | Standard Padlock hasps | Optional: cylinder lock | Panic Bar | | | | | Frames are made of angle 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" heavy duty structural 10 ga. steel, shaped for extra strength. Corners are notched and seam-welded. Wire mesh is 2" x 2" x 10 ga. (.134) clean bright wire, resistance welded at every joint and welded to the frame at every 6". 8' panels are reinforced with two 1/2" round bars, dividing the panel in three equal sections. | | Standard posts are 8' high, 2" x 2" seam-welded square steel tubing. Standard post spacing is either 8', or 10' center. | | Swing doors are made of the same material and method as the panels, plus a 1 1/2" x 1/2" flat steel bar welded across the center and two 1/2" round diagonal stay bars. Doors are equipped with a set of padlocking hasps, two door stoppers and 1 1/2" pair of steel pin hinges unless otherwise specified. | | Sliding doors are also made of the same material and methods as the panel and reinforced with 1 1/2" square tubing bolted to the rear leading edges. Doors are equipped with equivalent #68 stanley track, two #64 hangers, door guide, receiver and a set of hasps for padlocking. | | Roof panels are made of the same material and method as regular panels and are designed for security purposes only. Roof panels are not live load-bearing capable unless designed and ordered for a specific load. | | Finishes are standard Cogan grey. | | All necessary assembly fasteners are provided except floor and wall anchors. | | Safeguard Partitions must be installed according to instructions shown on the installation drawing and related documents. |
